    Our Returns Policy

    Goods are not supplied on a sale or return basis. The customer has the right to cancel an order and receive a full refund prior to goods being dispatched. If goods have been dispatched the customer will have the right to return goods within 7 days of receipt. The cost of postage, packaging and insurance to return goods will be borne by the customer and goods must be received by the company in perfect condition and in their original packaging. The company reserves the right not to accept the goods at our warehouse and/or not issue a refund or credit, although this is only likely to happen if the goods were not received in good order. Collections can be arranged on the same basis at a cost of £15 (plus VAT) which must be paid prior to collections being arranged. Any costs to redeliver replacement goods will also be payable in advance by the customer. If the goods have been removed from their original packaging, or are damaged in any way, your right to cancel may be forfeited. All order cancellations or returns must be notified to us by email only to enquiries@NobleExpress.co.uk

    How do I return an item?

    Should you wish to return any item, we will be happy to arrange collection for you, providing you have contacted us within 7 days of delivery of your goods. The cost of a collection is £15 (plus VAT). You are welcome to return goods by your own means, in adherence to our standard returns policy

    I have been refunded an incorrect amount

    Please email the customer service team on enquiries@NobleExpress.co.uk and we will look into the matter immediately

    Have you received my returned goods?

    On receipt of goods and confirmation of condition we will issue you with a credit note or refund your credit card, whichever you prefer.

    I returned an item and it was incorrectly refunded or replaced

    Should you have a query regarding a replacement item or refund please call our customer service team on 03451 24 54 64.

    My return was processed but I wasn’t refunded my delivery charge

    Delivery charges will not be refunded unless the goods are returned due to an error caused by Noble Express Ltd. Any costs to redeliver the goods will be payable in advance by the customer.

    International Delivery

    Returns from outside the UK and goods must be received by the company in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
